My weekly program

Here is what I have planned for the upcoming weeks. Please let me know if you see anything that might work better. My diet will be changing dramatically, also.

Sunday - H.I.T. bike training
Monday - off
Tuesday - Run after work, before teaching night class
Wednesday - Bootcamp, H.I.T.
Thursday - Run, night class
Friday - Gym, cross train
Saturday - Bootcamp

The start of the kick ass team!

Alright, we all weighed in, got our measurements taken and have eight weeks to kick some major butt in this contest. This is all about percentages. I am throwing out the first challenge. Since I am the biggest, weigh the most and could win that way, I will throw that out. We have some small (tiny) women in our group, so I think that it should go on percentage of total body weight lost and percentage of body fat lost. We will work on what the winner gets later. Everyone in?
