Here is what I have planned for the upcoming weeks. Please let me know if you see anything that might work better. My diet will be changing dramatically, also.
Sunday - H.I.T. bike training
Monday - off
Tuesday - Run after work, before teaching night class
Wednesday - Bootcamp, H.I.T.
Thursday - Run, night class
Friday - Gym, cross train
Saturday - Bootcamp
Sounds like a great plan.

My week will look something like Debi's (see below). I'm updating my running schedule and will provide when it is ready. It includes my target distances and races I'm planning on doing.
