My weekly program

Here is what I have planned for the upcoming weeks. Please let me know if you see anything that might work better. My diet will be changing dramatically, also.

Sunday - H.I.T. bike training
Monday - off
Tuesday - Run after work, before teaching night class
Wednesday - Bootcamp, H.I.T.
Thursday - Run, night class
Friday - Gym, cross train
Saturday - Bootcamp

    I am looking forward to this entire process. My week will look like this - I figure if I write it down I will committ to it!
    Sunday - Long Run
    Monday - Short run or gym work (spin, weights)
    Tuesday - Boot Camp
    Wednesday - Run
    Thursday - Boot Camp
    Friday - off
    Saturday - Boot Camp and run

  2. My week will look something like Debi's (see below). I'm updating my running schedule and will provide when it is ready. It includes my target distances and races I'm planning on doing.

    Sunday - Long Run
    Monday - rest
    Tuesday - Run am, Boot Camp pm
    Wednesday - Run
    Thursday - Run am, Boot Camp pm
    Friday - off
    Saturday - Boot Camp am then run
